Iakob Iakobos Jacob James, King James' conspiracy or New Age Bible plot?

The basic assertion of the statement that the name James was used to honor King James is that the KJB was the first bible to use that name.

I decided to see if this was true. There were several english Bibles prior to the King James Version. From http://bible-researcher.com I was able to obtain sources for the older bibles.

Marriage Without Pastor and Without State License

Many pastors claim that it is their duty to authorize marriages indicating that without them you cannot be married. But what does the Holy Bible say on the issue?

The first man was married without a pastor.

Genesis 2:21-25

Question: Was Adam married? Did Adam need a state license? Did Adam need the authorization of some man?

Genesis 11:29

And Abram and Nahor took them wives: the name of Abram's wife was Sarai;
and the name of Nahor's wife, Milcah, the daughter of Haran, the father of
Milcah, and the father of Iscah.

Was Abraham married or not? Did Abraham need a pastor to authorize his marriage?

Genesis 24:67

And Isaac brought her into his mother Sarah's tent, and took Rebekah, and she
became his wife; and he loved her: and Isaac was comforted after his mother's
death.

Was Isaac married? Did Isaac need a pastor to authorize his marriage?

Genesis 25:1

Then again Abraham took a wife, and her name was Keturah.

It is plain to see that God recognizes a couple as married when they "cleave unto" each other.

Additionally there is no scripture saying that marriage is only marriage when authorized by some pastor. Marriage licenses submits your marriage to the jurisdiction of the state, albeit unconstitutionally. See 5 Reasons Why Christians Should Not Obtain a State Marriage License .

The Blessing of Abraham with an Examination of the Heresies of the Pro$perity Go$pel and Zioni$m

There is one passage of the scriptures misinterpreted in several ways. It concerns a promise that God made to Abraham.

Genesis 12:1-3

[1] Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father's house, unto a land that I will shew thee:
[2] And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing:
[3] And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed.

Proponents of the prosperity gospel interpret this passage to mean that the promise, "I will bless them that bless thee and curse him that curesth thee", to apply to those of the faith.

Zionists (i.e. Dispensationalists) say that the promise is made to the "State of Israel".

Both the prosperity gospel camp and the Zionists are wrong. This passage is easily understood by simply noting the use of the singular pronoun "thee". The promise was made to Abraham and to Abraham only. Corrupt bible versions drop the use of the clarifying pronouns (such as thou, thee, and thy) leaving the passage open to private interpretation.

The latter half of Genesis 12:3, "in thee shall all nations of the earth be blessed.", preaches the gospel.

Galatians 3:1-18

[1] O foolish Galatians, who hath bewitched you, that ye should not obey the truth, before whose eyes Jesus Christ hath been evidently set forth, crucified among you?
[2] This only would I learn of you, Received ye the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
[3] Are ye so foolish? having begun in the Spirit, are ye now made perfect by the flesh?
[4] Have ye suffered so many things in vain? if it be yet in vain.
[5] He therefore that ministereth to you the Spirit, and worketh miracles among you, doeth he it by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
[6] Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.
[7] Know ye therefore that they which are of faith, the same are the children of Abraham.
[8] And the scripture, foreseeing that God would justify the heathen through faith, preached before the gospel unto Abraham, saying, In thee shall all nations be blessed.
[9] So then they which be of faith are blessed with faithful Abraham.
[10] For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.
[11] But that no man is justified by the law in the sight of God, it is evident: for, The just shall live by faith.
[12] And the law is not of faith: but, The man that doeth them shall live in them.
[13] Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree:
[14] That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.
[15] Brethren, I speak after the manner of men; Though it be but a man's covenant, yet if it be confirmed, no man disannulleth, or addeth thereto.
[16] Now to Abraham and his seed were the promises made. He saith not, And to seeds, as of many; but as of one, And to thy seed, which is Christ.
[17] And this I say, that the covenant, that was confirmed before of God in Christ, the law, which was four hundred and thirty years after, cannot disannul, that it should make the promise of none effect.
[18] For if the inheritance be of the law, it is no more of promise: but God gave it to Abraham by promise.

Note that "the blessing of Abraham" comes only "through Jesus Christ." So only those who are of the faith are heirs of the promise.

Jesus is the only way, even if you "have never heard the gospel."

Some people like Oprah have said Jesus is not really the only way to heaven even if people have not heard of his name.

Now for the scriptual refutation.

Romans 1:16-25

[16] For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek.
[17] For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith.
[18] For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness;
[19] Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.
[20] For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse:
[21] Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.
[22] Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools,
[23] And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
[24] Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves:
[25] Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.

God has manifested "that which may be known of God" to every man, "so that they are without excuse." God has given every man some knowledge of himself. Just as God has given every babe the ability to learn languages (note: some people have physical impairments due health problems) so has he given to every man knowledge of himself.

Judeo Christian: I Don't Think So

(1 Th 2:14-15 KJV) For ye, brethren, became followers of the churches of God which in Judaea are in Christ Jesus: for ye also have suffered like things of your own countrymen, even as they have of the Jews: {15} Who both killed the Lord Jesus, and their own prophets, and have persecuted us; and they please not God, and are contrary to all men:

In recent years many Christian broadcasters and pastors have begun to use the term Judeo-Christian when referring to things like ethics, even attaching this erroneous moniker to the ethics of the founding fathers of this nation. It seems this description is being used at an increase rate when speaking of things Christian. The ignorance of those Christians who use this term to try and please the Christian Zionists and the ignorant Christian population at large is endemic. The attempt to amalgamate Christianity and Judaism is akin to trying to amalgamate Islam and Judaism or Hinduism. I have never heard terms like Judeo-Islam or Judeo-Hindu. That is because all these religions stand on their own. The attempt to force Judaism on Christianity is another attempt by Satan to lessen the impact of Christianity and to neutralize it. The bottom line is that Judaism is the enemy of Christ and Christianity and is totally antithetic to Judaism.

One must understand that Judaism is not the Old Testament, it is a commentary based religion void of biblical truth. It is based on the Talmud and the Mishnah which is taught by the Rabbis that along with the written law on Mt. Sinai, God gave an oral law which was handed down verbally with thousands of years of embellishments.

(Mark 7:6-7 KJV) He answered and said unto them, Well hath Esaias prophesied of you hypocrites, as it is written, This people honoureth me with their lips, but their heart is far from me. {7} Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.

Even at the time the Lord Jesus was on Earth, the oral law (traditions) was well established. The problem with an oral law, is that it can be changed at will and no one can ever know the real truth. In this case, there is no truth to the oral law at Sinai simply because God gave Moses (an Israelite, not a Jew) the written law which contained the Sinaitic covenant.

Judaism had its beginning in the time of the Babylonian captivity which lasted from 587 BC to about 517 BC. It lasted 70 years and in that time frame we have the beginnings of the Babylonian Talmud. Since Israel was unable to partake of any of the ceremonies in the temple, which God commanded them, they introduced the synagogue system where they met on the Sabbath. It was during this time that they switched from the Hebrew Scriptures to the Talmudic system. Israel, the northern kingdom, had gone into captivity about 721 BC and were never heard from again because they assimilated into the population and was never to be heard from again. Judah went into captivity in Babylon but a remnant was brought out to go back to the land . Through this remnant came the Lord Jesus Christ and when He went to the cross, that signaled the end of the ceremonial law and all the feasts. All the ceremonies and feasts were instituted for the express purpose of being a foreshadow of the Lord Jesus Christ, they never stand alone. Then in 70 AD, came the final end to the nation of Judah when we see a prophecy come to pass.

(Dan 9:26 KJV) And after threescore and two weeks shall Messiah be cut off, but not for himself: and the people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof shall be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined.

In the book of Daniel, we read this verse that for many years people have told us that this was going to be the action of a physical Anti-Christ who was going to come against the nation of Israel in the final days of Earth’s history. However, that is an erroneous interpretation. Daniel 9:26 is telling us that the Lord Jesus Christ Himself is going to send forth an army to destroy Jerusalem. Why? It is no longer the center of worship to God and God is now dealing with the entire world. The nation of Judah came back to the land briefly for the purpose of bringing forth the Lord Jesus Christ.

The Lord Jesus Christ was not a Jew, He was a pure Israelite. This is confirmed by the fact of His lineage which we find in Matthew 1 and Luke 3. These were not placed there for theologians to argue over but they were placed there to show the lineage of Christ through the tribe of Judah. When you look at the books of Ezra and Nehemiah, you will see a focus on genealogies. These were done to see who was of pure lineage and who was of mixed breed. So the Bible gives us divine evidence that the Lord Jesus was pure Israelite. There is not one Jew living today who can trace their lineage back to more than 300 years. When Titus razed Jerusalem, all the temple records were destroyed, so all the records of who was a pure Israelite versus who was mixed breed are gone forever.

Why Ezekiel 40-43 Cannot Refer to the End Times

Contrary to what the dispensationlists believe, Ezekiel 40-43 does not refer to the end times. People seriously should read their bibles instead of the Scofield heresies.

Ezekiel 43:12-27

[12] This is the law of the house; Upon the top of the mountain the whole limit thereof round about shall be most holy. Behold, this is the law of the house.
[13] And these are the measures of the altar after the cubits: The cubit is a cubit and an hand breadth; even the bottom shall be a cubit, and the breadth a cubit, and the border thereof by the edge thereof round about shall be a span: and this shall be the higher place of the altar.
[14] And from the bottom upon the ground even to the lower settle shall be two cubits, and the breadth one cubit; and from the lesser settle even to the greater settle shall be four cubits, and the breadth one cubit.
[15] So the altar shall be four cubits; and from the altar and upward shall be four horns.
[16] And the altar shall be twelve cubits long, twelve broad, square in the four squares thereof.
[17] And the settle shall be fourteen cubits long and fourteen broad in the four squares thereof; and the border about it shall be half a cubit; and the bottom thereof shall be a cubit about; and his stairs shall look toward the east.
[18] And he said unto me, Son of man, thus saith the Lord GOD; These are the ordinances of the altar in the day when they shall make it, to offer burnt offerings thereon, and to sprinkle blood thereon.
[19] And thou shalt give to the priests the Levites that be of the seed of Zadok, which approach unto me, to minister unto me, saith the Lord GOD, a young bullock for a sin offering.
[20] And thou shalt take of the blood thereof, and put it on the four horns of it, and on the four corners of the settle, and upon the border round about: thus shalt thou cleanse and purge it.
[21] Thou shalt take the bullock also of the sin offering, and he shall burn it in the appointed place of the house, without the sanctuary.
[22] And on the second day thou shalt offer a kid of the goats without blemish for a sin offering; and they shall cleanse the altar, as they did cleanse it with the bullock.
[23] When thou hast made an end of cleansing it, thou shalt offer a young bullock without blemish, and a ram out of the flock without blemish.
[24] And thou shalt offer them before the LORD, and the priests shall cast salt upon them, and they shall offer them up for a burnt offering unto the LORD.
[25] Seven days shalt thou prepare every day a goat for a sin offering: they shall also prepare a young bullock, and a ram out of the flock, without blemish.
[26] Seven days shall they purge the altar and purify it; and they shall consecrate themselves.
[27] And when these days are expired, it shall be, that upon the eighth day, and so forward, the priests shall make your burnt offerings upon the altar, and your peace offerings; and I will accept you, saith the Lord GOD.

Children of God, hear me now. The old testament and the sacrifices of it have been abolished. Please READ for yourselves. Stop believing whatever the false prophet$ tell you. Since the sacrifices have been abolished, it must of necessity be that the temple does not apply to end times.

Hebrews 9

[1] Then verily the first covenant had also ordinances of divine service, and a worldly sanctuary.
[2] For there was a tabernacle made; the first, wherein was the candlestick, and the table, and the shewbread; which is called the sanctuary.
[3] And after the second veil, the tabernacle which is called the Holiest of all;
[4] Which had the golden censer, and the ark of the covenant overlaid round about with gold, wherein was the golden pot that had manna, and Aaron's rod that budded, and the tables of the covenant;
[5] And over it the cherubims of glory shadowing the mercyseat; of which we cannot now speak particularly.
[6] Now when these things were thus ordained, the priests went always into the first tabernacle, accomplishing the service of God.
[7] But into the second went the high priest alone once every year, not without blood, which he offered for himself, and for the errors of the people:
[8] The Holy Ghost this signifying, that the way into the holiest of all was not yet made manifest, while as the first tabernacle was yet standing:
[9] Which was a figure for the time then present, in which were offered both gifts and sacrifices, that could not make him that did the service perfect, as pertaining to the conscience;
[10] Which stood only in meats and drinks, and divers washings, and carnal ordinances, imposed on them until the time of reformation.
[11] But Christ being come an high priest of good things to come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that is to say, not of this building;
[12] Neither by the blood of goats and calves, but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained eternal redemption for us.
[13] For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying of the flesh:
[14] How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
[15] And for this cause he is the mediator of the new testament, that by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions that were under the first testament, they which are called might receive the promise of eternal inheritance.
[16] For where a testament is, there must also of necessity be the death of the testator.
[17] For a testament is of force after men are dead: otherwise it is of no strength at all while the testator liveth.
[18] Whereupon neither the first testament was dedicated without blood.
[19] For when Moses had spoken every precept to all the people according to the law, he took the blood of calves and of goats, with water, and scarlet wool, and hyssop, and sprinkled both the book, and all the people,
[20] Saying, This is the blood of the testament which God hath enjoined unto you.
[21] Moreover he sprinkled with blood both the tabernacle, and all the vessels of the ministry.
[22] And almost all things are by the law purged with blood; and without shedding of blood is no remission.
[23] It was therefore necessary that the patterns of things in the heavens should be purified with these; but the heavenly things themselves with better sacrifices than these.
[24] For Christ is not entered into the holy places made with hands, which are the figures of the true; but into heaven itself, now to appear in the presence of God for us:
[25] Nor yet that he should offer himself often, as the high priest entereth into the holy place every year with blood of others;
[26] For then must he often have suffered since the foundation of the world: but now once in the end of the world hath he appeared to put away sin by the sacrifice of himself.
[27] And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
[28] So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

Again, please read the plain word of God for yourself and ask the Spirit of truth to guide you. Cast aside your glosses (man made definitions) and compare scripture with scripture.
